Damaged Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro Recovery

A client brought in a Samsung Galaxy J7 Pro in the above condition with a Pin-Lock as security. Problem is replacing the screen cost the same as the phone itself and all data is not backed up. What do we do?

We managed to get access the to the phone without doing further damage to the phone and backup all data including photos, messages, contacts and applications.

Then we supplied a new replacement phone and restored data onto to the new device.

The client was extremely satisfied, he ran his entire business on the phone and within 2 hours, he was back in business.
