While my laptop was unfortunately ultimately damaged beyond repair, Serkan from SureCanDo displayed nothing less than the utmost politeness, knowledge, and professionalism.I was provided detailed updates on the investigation and repair process, which included long-form videos of the work undertaken on my device.At the end of this long and arduous process, Serkan was willing to return the device to me, while only asking for the initial inspection fee + applicable shipping costs in return.Alternatively, I was able to donate the laptop for parts, at no cost to me. I chose this option, but still elected to provide a payment for Serkan's excellent work.SureCanDo provides service that goes above and beyond, and I can't ask for anything more.

Serkan is fast, reliable, honest, careful, smart, reasonably priced and just an all-round great guy. My 2016 Acer V17 Nitro laptop is notoriously difficult to repair due to its design - there are plenty of horror videos of it breaking on the web. But Mr "Sure Can Do" Serkan has fitted new SSDs to it twice for me, no problem. He even cleaned it and fitted new drivers. I'm glad I found him.
Serkan is very responsible and capable of identifying the laptop issues. His lab is in a great shape with all the equipment, he helped me to resolve some of the critical issues (thermal) within 24 hours. Highly recommended. His response time on phone/email is very good.
