Great service. I needed a fast turnaround as I was only in the country for a few days. I organised everything by email before coming to Australia. On arrival I sent my laptop via Australia Post overnight service. I had the repaired laptop back by Aust Post within 2 working days of sending it. When I cracked my laptop screen, I took it straight to the Apple Genius Bar. They said it would cost at least 1k to fix and my model was soon to be outdated which meant that they weren’t going to make any parts for it and that I should consider buying a new computer. I then took it to SureCanDo and Serkan was very friendly and said that it was an easy job to fix! My whole screen wasn’t showing up and had a giant crack across the whole thing starting from the side. After only 2-3 days of working on it, Serkan managed to fix the screen and it was pristine. The service cost $550 which was so much better than what the guys at Apple told me. Thank you Serkan!!!

Serkan has fixed my laptop which I thought was beyond help. The power circuit had failed and it refused to turn on, the charger did nothing and I was fairly sure it was bricked but he's managed to bring it back to life. It took a while due to the individual chip not being available but once it arrived he fixed it promptly, tested it well and then returned it to me. The price was good for the service I received. The only downside I experienced was delays in shipping on the replacement parts which meant it took a while but for the price and quality of repairs I am more than happy. Thanks Serkan!
Outstanding service from the first phone call, the arranged carrier service to and from Adelaide, and the work to repair liquid damage. The computer was back in transit just under 24 hours after it reached SureCanDo. Communication from Serkan was excellent. Much faster than I expected given the freight time. Absolutely recommended. Serkan is fast, reliable, honest, careful, smart, reasonably priced and just an all-round great guy. My 2016 Acer V17 Nitro laptop is notoriously difficult to repair due to its design - there are plenty of horror videos of it breaking on the web. But Mr "Sure Can Do" Serkan has fitted new SSDs to it twice for me, no problem. He even cleaned it and fitted new drivers. I'm glad I found him.
Serkan is very responsible and capable of identifying the laptop issues. His lab is in a great shape with all the equipment, he helped me to resolve some of the critical issues (thermal) within 24 hours. Highly recommended. His response time on phone/email is very good.
