I cannot thank this guy enough!! I had a cracked touch screen gone rogue. I could not find anyone on west coast that could or was willing to repair. Serkan was incredible. When I cracked my laptop screen, I took it straight to the Apple Genius Bar. They said it would cost at least 1k to fix and my model was soon to be outdated which meant that they weren’t going to make any parts for it and that I should consider buying a new computer. I then took it to SureCanDo and Serkan was very friendly and said that it was an easy job to fix! My whole screen wasn’t showing up and had a giant crack across the whole thing starting from the side. After only 2-3 days of working on it, Serkan managed to fix the screen and it was pristine. The service cost $550 which was so much better than what the guys at Apple told me. Thank you Serkan!!!

Serkan has repaired my laptop more than once and each time I was very impressed with his professionalism. He went above and beyond by recording the entire process of repairing my laptop and uploading it to youtube so I could be sure of the work.He always gave a succinct explanation of the problem and in one case where I had to return the laptop for further work he offered to cover the postage. When my laptop couldn't be repair he refunded the cost of previous work done.10/10 would work with again

Serkan has fixed my laptop which I thought was beyond help. The power circuit had failed and it refused to turn on, the charger did nothing and I was fairly sure it was bricked but he's managed to bring it back to life. It took a while due to the individual chip not being available but once it arrived he fixed it promptly, tested it well and then returned it to me. The price was good for the service I received. The only downside I experienced was delays in shipping on the replacement parts which meant it took a while but for the price and quality of repairs I am more than happy. Thanks Serkan!

While my laptop was unfortunately ultimately damaged beyond repair, Serkan from SureCanDo displayed nothing less than the utmost politeness, knowledge, and professionalism.I was provided detailed updates on the investigation and repair process, which included long-form videos of the work undertaken on my device.At the end of this long and arduous process, Serkan was willing to return the device to me, while only asking for the initial inspection fee + applicable shipping costs in return.Alternatively, I was able to donate the laptop for parts, at no cost to me. I chose this option, but still elected to provide a payment for Serkan's excellent work.SureCanDo provides service that goes above and beyond, and I can't ask for anything more.

Serkan is fast, reliable, honest, careful, smart, reasonably priced and just an all-round great guy. My 2016 Acer V17 Nitro laptop is notoriously difficult to repair due to its design - there are plenty of horror videos of it breaking on the web. But Mr "Sure Can Do" Serkan has fitted new SSDs to it twice for me, no problem. He even cleaned it and fitted new drivers. I'm glad I found him.
